Fused Glass Commissions
If you have an idea for a piece of original glass artwork for your home, business or as a gift, the Glass Forge could possibly be able to create your bespoke design piece for you. Commissioning an original piece of glass for yourself, or as a gift, is a very special personal and rewarding process. My aim is to translate your idea into a unique fused glass piece that is hand made.
Whether it is a piece to celebrate a milestone birthday, anniversary, a remembrances piece, or piece for your home, fused glass can make a truly wonderful personal gift which can tell a story in glass and capture precious memories.
Commissioning The Glass Forge
The Glass Forge will make your fused glass piece, the piece will be specifically produced for you, to your size, colour and design requirements. The result of the process is knowing that your finished piece is bespoke and has been loving created and something nobody else has the same.

The Glass Forge will then get back in touch with regards to your enquiry and arrange to:
- Have an initial meeting/discussion regarding your commission
- Outline Design Process, colours, design elements/choices
- Production – provide timescale, limitations
- Costs – Provide breakdown
Please note that I usually ask for a 50 % deposit upfront so that I can order the glass and schedule your piece. This will be non-refundable, once the commission production has started.
