This lovely coaster is based on a Dandelion Seed Head. Two pieces of glass are incorporated in this design which are seamlessly fused together. The design is made from small glass pieces known as frit and also includes the use of enamel powders which is a material made by fusing powdered glass Bumper feet are included on the base of the coaster to protect furniture.
Did you know …. Dandelion makes the only flower representing three celestial bodies during different phases of its life cycle – sun, moon, stars. The yellow flower of the plant resembles the sun, the dispersing seeds of the plant resemble stars, and the puff ball of dandelion plant resembles the moon.
Colours: The Seed Head shown is Turquoise Blue on a white opaque background. If you prefer another colour please mention this when placing order.
