As M&S would say in their advertising campaign “This is not just any coaster but it is an elegant, bespoke, handcrafted coaster made from the highest quality of glass". Two pieces of glass are incorporated in this design which are seamlessly fused together. A large single sunflower design is incorporated on transparent glass. The design is made from glass pieces (known as frit) the size of granulated sugar and coloured ground glass powders. Bumper feet are included on the base of the coaster to protect furniture. This is a durable product which can be easily wiped down if there are any spills. No flower can lift someone’s spirits quite like sunflowers. They are bright and cheery, and as warm and inviting as the sweet summer sun. Sunflowers are known for being “happy” flowers, making them the perfect gift, bringing joy to someone's day and brightness to their home.
Colours: The featured flower has yellow outer petals and black centre ray petals on a clear transparent glass background .
NB: The champagne bubbles which appear in the glass are a typical feature of glass fusing process.
